.... Fire Prevention The Board of Directors asks that homeowners not install flammable landscaping.

Landscaping that consists mostly of bark is not considered to be permanent landscaping by the Board. If a homeowner's yard is currently predominantly bark, the Board requests the homeowner to submit a permanent landscaping plan to the Arichitectural Review Committee as soon as possible. A permanent landscaping plan would be ground cover predominately of grass or landscaping rock and approved shrubs and trees. A list of approved plants and shrubs can be found in the Ponderosa Trails Landscaping Guidelines.
