On October 27th the annual homeowner's meeting took place. Minutes are included with this newsletter.

Topics covered include:

- The Board is considering paving the Paseo's within the community. The topic was tabled for further discussion at a future board meeting.
- The Board is looking to form an events committee. The committee will organize special events within the community such as a movie in the park or barbeques and will be directed by board member Susan Thomas. If you are interested in becoming part of the events committee, please call Mike Hutchins at (928) 773-0690 by December 31st.
- When the time comes, snow removal wilt begin with mail boxes and side walks. Then snow will be removed from the Paseo's. Due to the amount of snow, removal from the Paseo's may take a couple days. Following a snow fall, if you have any concerns about snow removal, please call Mike Hutchins at (928) 773-0690.
- Ken Swartz was elected to serve a 3 year term on the board. Congratulations Ken! Thanks go to outgoing board member Ken Burton for his time and effort served on the board. Thanks Ken!

It is your right..... as a homeowner to review any financial reports for your association. You can do this by stopping by our office or visiting your associations website at www.ponderosatrails.org

New Homeowners: If you have not landscaped your yard, please ensure you do so by June 30, 2006. If you have not sent in your landscaping plan for approval, please do so as soon as possible.

Please ensure that all holiday decorations are taken down by January 15th.

A reminder that on-street parking is prohibited from November 1st through April 1st from midnight to 7 :00 a.m. for snow removal purposes. Thus, parking is only allowed in your driveway or garage. Do not park in your Landscape.
